"I wanted to share my experiences this past Friday the 6th with your crew of Romeo and Justo.
As we arrived at the building, my team was greeted with an uncooperative building supervisor who insisted that WE put down 8 pieces of 6 foot melamine down on the 6th floor carpet to protect the flooring, despite the home owner's assurance that this would be taken care of for us. As the homeowner is responsible for paying for any repairs to damage to walls, I was seriously concerned about my ability to manage this material without an upright dolly, which neither we had, nor was provided by the building.
When Romeo and Justo arrived, we explained our dilemma.They took care of it with haste, laying down the melamine, then did a tremendous job of expeditiously unloading and setting up our furniture. We were so impressed by how helpful they were throughout the entire time they were there. At one point, I went out into the hall to bring in two dollys of staging supplies we left there while a couch was being moved in. I was surprised to find that Justo had already brought them into the condo. In addition, when setting up the Master Bedroom, Romeo actually asked me if we'd like to place the dust ruffle on the box spring before he placed the mattress on. No other delivery person has EVER asked me that in the past. My team and I were absolutely stunned by his thoughtfulness and courtesy, as that simple question made our job so much easier, and allowed us to be more efficient on site.
Over the past few months of using Brook, I have been pleased to experience a high level of efficiency, courtesy, as well as a great product, but Romeo and Justo definitely far exceeded my expectations.
